Quintessential Sydney riding, and probably the meatiest route in this catalogue. Three gorge crossings - Berowra Waters, Galston Gorge, and Bobbin Head - each one a steep descent followed by an immediate steep climb back out. Galston in particular has sections at 15%+.

Do this ride when you've got the form for it. 2,000m of climbing on a course that gives you no flat sections to recover, and the climbs are loaded into the second half. Big breakfast, two bottles, food in the pockets.
