Shipping policy

All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping. MC reserves the right to cancel orders relating to any suspected fraudulent activity. By purchasing from MC you agree to not rescind your payment in any event.

All MC orders are shipped domestically via Australia Post and will be shipped within 2–3 business days. MC makes every effort to deliver items quickly; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.

Some products may be offered as pre-order items or not immediately available from suppliers. MC will inform customers of delays but is not liable for any delay.

MC makes all efforts to ensure items are well-packaged. Customers should contact MC if they experience any delivery problems or damage in transit. If a damaged or faulty item is received, MC will replace that item once the return item is received (refer to Returns Policy).
