Returns policy

MC offers to exchange any unwanted item within 14 days of the order shipment date, subject to the item being in as-new and un-used condition.

All returns require your receipt or proof of purchase.

For faulty or damaged items, original and return shipping fees will be covered by MC. For all other returns which includes change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Return items must include all original packaging (product tags, labels & packaging) included with the item.

For warranty claims, all items must be returned within the product warranty period which commences from the date of purchase. Warranty claims will be subject to the supplier and manufacturer, including timing.

Refunds

Following receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email to notify and confirm this and acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be made on the same payment method of your order.

Refunds of items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.

Exchanges and refunds will not be made for any custom products.

Once MC completes your refund, please allow a few days before your financial institution receipts the refund.
