Rider Story - Alfred's Journey
THE PROLOGUE (okay lets call it a TT) I can’t decide what is worse, the deafening metallic hum of the MRI scanner or the constant ache in my shoulder…who am I kidding, the shoulder wins hands down. Next I ask myself: how did I get here? The answer: proof of that tried and true equation, NEWBIE + CLIPLESS PEDALS = DIS

Rider Story - Cycling... a perspective from the rear-gunner
Hi, my name is James and I‘m one of the new employees in the UK. Last week I was casually invited to join a bicycle ride on Sunday morning touted as an opportunity to meet a few people. Rider Story - Paul & Julia's Adventures
5am Alarms, Lycra, Coffee and racking up a lot of Km's and elevations was certainly not something we would have seen ourselves doing a year ago, let alone averaging 3-4 rides a week or even riding to Wollongong! But with some great encouragement we have achieved all this & 2015 is not even over. Our 2014 Christmas
