Weekly ride planning, weather cancellations, and last-minute changes go through the MC App. Open ride cancellations are posted within 45–60 minutes of the scheduled start in extreme weather. No update means the ride proceeds as planned.

All MC rides operate under a no-drop policy. New riders welcome — turn up five minutes early and introduce yourself to whoever's leading. Before your first bunch ride, please read our riding guidelines: what to bring, how the calls work, and how we keep everyone safe.
