Cadence recommendations depend on how much you ride and where. We'll always tell you what your bike actually needs — and what can wait.
Good to know
If we sold you the bike, your first service is free. Book it after a few months once parts have settled and you've found the feel of the bike — that's when small adjustments make the biggest difference.
We service e-bikes from our partner brands (Trek, BMC, Merida). For other brands, please call us before booking so we can confirm we can help.
We will need your bike onsite for it to be serviced. Please ensure your bike is at MC the day before your service is booked, and picked up no later than the following day.
Bike wash facility
MC features a dedicated bike wash facility. Our bike wash service option is not a regular wipe-down — it's a complete bike soap wash and dry in our dedicated on-site bike wash facility.
Our facility is specially designed and features water pressure that is safe for your bike. The process uses warm water, soap, and bike-safe water pressure cleaning. It is safe for all types of bikes and is the best way to clean your bike frame, brakes, derailleur and chain.
