Order Trek online, collect at MC

You can order the whole lot through trekbikes.com and have it sent to the MC Clubhouse for collection.

Buying a new bike or a few bits and pieces from Trek? You can order the whole lot through trekbikes.com and have it sent to the MC Clubhouse for collection. It's a tidy way to shop the full Trek catalogue online while still getting the benefit of a proper hand over from our team in the shop.

It's also worth knowing that ordering through Trek and collecting at MC isn't a workaround. It's the same bike, the same warranty, the same after sales support, just with a local shop on the other end of it instead of a courier dropping a half built box on your verandah.

How it works

Choose MC Cyclery as your collection point at checkout. Trek delivers free standard shipping to us, and there are no extra assembly charges on bikes. Once your order lands, we unbox it, build it on the stand, run a full pre delivery check, set up the cockpit, dial in the gears and brakes, and torque everything to spec. Then we give you a call to let you know it's ready.

Standard delivery times across Australia are listed on the Trek shipping table. Accessories generally move quickly. Bikes can take a little longer, especially for sizes or colours coming from overseas, so allow some extra runway if you're buying a complete build.

What you can order this way

Pretty much the whole Trek range. Road, gravel, mountain, hybrid, city, kids, e bikes, the lot. Same goes for accessories from Bontrager and Trek's apparel and parts catalogue. If you've got your eye on a specific model or size that we don't normally carry on the shop floor, click and collect is often the quickest path to getting it.

When you come to pick up

Bring three things with you: a copy of your order or shipment confirmation; the card used for the purchase; and your Photo ID.

We'll match it all up, walk you through the bike or your gear, fit a helmet if you've grabbed one, and answer any setup questions before you head off. If it's a new bike, we'll talk you through the first service window and what to keep an eye on in the early k's.

Questions?

Do you have questions on a Trek model, sizing, or whether something's worth waiting for? Drop in or give the shop a ring. We are always happy to talk bikes!
