MC Velo - your club within the store

We’ve spent a lot of time (on and off the bike) thinking about what we could package as something special beyond our weekly riding schedule for all of you.

It’s fair to say that we didn’t want this be just another ‘offer’ or gimmick and have put a lot of thought into the process.

We are excited about MC VELO - a combined riding and social MC membership bringing together a package of discounted priority bike servicing and benefits, rides and events.

You currently enjoy our weekly rides and helpful store service, we want MC VELO to be your opportunity to get more out of the great cycling community based around MC.

MC Velo

MC Velo membership is for 12 months.

RIDING BENEFITS

  • An exclusive and limited-edition MC Velo jersey each year, this will only be available to MC Velo members.
  • The ‘MC Velo Scheduled Servicing Plan’ you sign up for 2 Premium Bike Services and get the 3rd on us each year.
  • The Scheduled Servicing Plan benefits will ensure your ride is always ready to roll and is preventative care
  • Maintenance for the more consistent all year rider.
  • Premium services include a full clean of your bike and components.
  • Service priority (parts-dependent)
  • Exclusive Sunday long rides, with support – new and different destinations to explore.

MC Velo (Associate)

An Associate MC Velo membership is for 12 months.

This package is only available to partners of MC Velo Members.

A riding and social MC membership giving associate members access to the MC Kit and rides. This package excludes the service package.

MC Velo (Int)

The International MC Velo membership is for 12 months.

This package is only available to friends of MC based outside Australia.

A riding and social MC membership bringing together a package of discounted priority bike servicing and benefits, rides and events.

This membership option is for friends of MC who are predominantly based outside Australia but want to be a part of MC while riding overseas and when visiting Sydney and also enjoying benefits while in town. This package excludes the service package.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

Terms

MC Velo rides don't replace our regular weekly riding schedule.

MC Velo is an inclusive membership open to all.

MC Velo has zero tolerance of abusive, sexist, racist or harassment behaviour, in any way. Any reported behaviour of this nature will be taken seriously and may result in the termination of your membership, without refund.

MC Velo expects that members are always respectful and courteous to others, at all time, in all forms.

MC reserves the right to delete content and remove access from MC Velo forums should members not adhere to behavioural expectations.

The MC Velo Service Plan is a requirement of membership.

MC Velo membership does not include any bike, public indemnity, or 3rd Party insurance cover. We recommend you organise bike-related insurance through your Cycling Australia Affiliated Club Membership or though a reputable cycling-specific insurer.

Membership Renewals

Membership is valid for 12 months from when you join. Your access to the MC Velo TeamApp an eligibility for benefits (including rides) will be subject to your active membership.

MC Velo jerseys will be produced during the first half of each calendar year. Every member will receive one jersey per annual membership.
