Bicycle Servicing
Your first service
MC offers a free first service on bikes we sell to you. Your first service should be booked in after you ride your new bike in for a few months, to allow parts to settle and you to get used to the feel of your new bike. It is after this time getting used to your bike, that you may also want some things adjusted for a better fit. A thorough check and adjustment of your bike is extra important at this early stage.

Bike wash for dirty bikes
MC features a dedicated bike wash facility. Our bike wash service option is not a regular wipe-down. This is a complete bike soap wash and dry in our dedicated on-site bike wash facility.
Our facility is specially designed and features water pressure that is safe for your bike. Our facility and process uses warm water, soap, and bike-safe water pressure cleaning. It is safe for all types of bikes and it is the best way to clean your bike frame, brakes, derailleur and chain.
When do you drop-off and collect your bike?
We will need your bike onsite for it to be serviced.
Please ensure your bike is at MC the day before your service is booked, and picked up no later than the following day.

- A pre-fit questionnaire to understand you
- An off-the-bike assessment as to how you move
- Analysis of the three main contact points on the bike
- A 3D motion capturing to measure limb angles
