Darwin to Adelaide: 3,700kms in just over 12 days on a bike.

On June 1st, author, sport journalist and endurance athlete, Rupert Guinness embarked on an epic journey from Darwin aiming to cross Australia, North to South on a bike.

It’s not often you get to hear first hand about adventures like this. In late October, Rupert will be speaking about the challenges of the journey which included fire, 60 knot headwinds, dangerous roads, a bout of Sherman's neck and COVID border closures that resulted in his adventure ending in Adelaide some 3,753 km later.

This should be a fun evening (26 October) to hear about Rupert's latest cycling adventure and a 'warts and all' Q & A session of all things cycling.
