Madone SLR Gen7 sets a new standard of speed
The Madone SLR Gen 7 is the lightest, fastest Madone disc Trek has ever made - featuring race-ready details and proprietary Trek IsoFlow technology that shave weight, improve speed and aerodynamics, and smooth the road ahead.
The Madone has been rigorously tested with the men’s and women’s Trek-Segafredo race teams to create a completely redesigned bike that’s faster, lighter and fit for the biggest events on the cycling calendar, including the Tour de France and the first-ever Tour de France Femmes in 2022.
From a legacy of greatness comes a new speed standard. Seven generations in the making, the Madone SLR pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in aerodynamics, ride quality and lightweight design, to give every advantage in speed and handling.
All-new IsoFlow technology soaks up bumps in the road so you can ride stronger for longer. A race-focused evolution of IsoSpeed comfort, IsoFlow flexes over bumps for a smoother ride, which improves aerodynamics and shaves weight to save precious race time in the saddle.
The bar/stem position has been overhauled in the Gen 7, with a shorter reach and hoods that are 3 cm narrower than the drops, moving the rider into a more comfortable ergonomic riding position. This narrower hood position also reduces rider drag for extra aerodynamic speed while maintaining control in the drops so you don’t lose power in explosive moments.
This edition of the Madone is also lighter than ever. A new lightweight design and the best and lightest OCLV Carbon make the seventh-generation Madone Trek's lightest Madone disc ever, reducing around 300 grams from the previous ultra-lightweight version.
