Great news for families and young riders in our community! We're thrilled to announce that Base Bikes, the Australian-owned family-run bike business, are now available right here at MC!

Base Bikes are not just any kids' bikes – they are meticulously designed, tuned, and tested specifically for little riders, built to spark a lifelong love for outdoor adventures. The founders, like many parents, experienced the frustration of searching for the perfect first pedal bike for their oldest. They wanted something lightweight, with no coaster brakes, and truly kid-friendly geometry to ensure an easy, enjoyable learning experience. But bikes like this were only available overseas. Believing that Australian kids deserve the same high quality, Base Bikes was born out of a passion for cycling and a desire to see families get out and ride more.
